Main Beach with your dog
Main Beach is a scenic Laguna Beach walk-and-ocean option, but dog access changes by season.
Dog access: dogs must remain on leash. From June 15 through September 10, dogs are allowed before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m.; during fall, winter and spring they are allowed on leash any time.
Best time
During the summer restriction period, plan for an early morning or evening visit. Outside that period, on-leash access is available throughout the day.
