Huntington Dog Beach
One of Orange County's signature dog outings: sand, surf, room to run and a beach specifically known for dogs.
Dog access: leash-optional on the dog beach. Leashes are required in the parking lot and on the upper bluff.

Dogs get sand, water, open space and a highly social beach environment. It is a strong fit for energetic dogs that enjoy other dogs and water.
Best time
Morning or late afternoon usually gives you a more comfortable outing and avoids the hottest part of the day.
